Polycarbonate

Polycarbonate (PC) is a thermoplastic material characterized by exceptional mechanical strength, high transparency and impact resistance. This material is lightweight, resistant to temperature variations and offers good insulating properties, making it highly versatile in application.

Polycarbonate Machining:
Polycarbonate is easy to machine, which makes it an attractive material for many industries.
It can be:
Cut: using circular saws or lasers, allowing precise shaping.
Bent: both cold and hot, enabling the creation of arcs and curved forms.
Milled and drilled: without the risk of cracking, using appropriate tools.
Bonded: using dedicated polycarbonate adhesives or cyanoacrylate adhesives.
Polished: to restore surface transparency after mechanical processing.

Thanks to its properties and versatility, polycarbonate is widely used in many areas of industry and everyday applications.
